IMPORTANT!

When renting a car, you must have an ID-card, your driving license and in adition you must have also a valid credit card,which will be a backup.

The retention is 1000eur. The renter can reduce his/her retention to 200eur by paying special retention reduction fee 14euros/day.

Smoking and  pet transporting are not allowed in any of our cars. If you have smoked or you have transported a pet in the car against agreement, we will charge 150 euros cleaning fee from the credit card given.

The amount of gasoline in tank may vary. It is customer’s responsability to return the car with the same amount of gasonline in tank as it was on the pick-up day. If customer return the car with less gasoline in tank than expected,we will charge customer’s credit card 2eur/ liter and 20euros fee.

Reservation can be cancelled at latest 48h prior car pick-up time. We will charge 10% of paid ammount as cancellation fee.
